A print image was stolen off of the Internet, modified by rotating, cropping, and erasing David's signature and copyright information, then disseminated to Internet web sites everywhere, and allowed to download as computer wallpapers, all without David's permission.
A simple Google search provides information:

It is being sold without my permission on Amazon.
This is a great example of why copyright law exists. If David could have benefited from each of the free images that downloaders of this image would have paid him, he likely would have been handsomely rewarded. Many of the illegal pirated copies have been sold by other people who had no part in creating this image on Ebay and other outlets.
